Are you enthusiastic, outgoing, and love being on the water? Kelp Reef Adventures is looking to hire a Kayak Guide to join our friendly, family-owned team at Fisherman’s Wharf in the heart of Victoria’s Inner Harbour!

Whether you're looking for a casual summer job, part-time hours, or full-time work, we’re flexible and happy to work around your schedule.

What We’re Looking For:

-Friendly, outgoing individuals who love working with people and being active

-Strong communication skills and a solid sense of safety and responsibility

-Valid guiding certification is required

-Kayaking experience and comfort on the water

-A passion for the environment, wildlife, and storytelling

-Availability during the summer season (June–September)
