If you're updating your certification, did you know that you can submit all documents directly to your member profile? There's now a handy FAQ and orientation to help you!  This certainly streamlines things on our end (meaning we can process your cert faster than if you email us).  You can also download an electronic copy of your cert directly from your member profile.
