As a sea kayak guide with Kelp Reef, your responsibilities will include: Conducting 2-hour and 3-hour guided tours of Victoria Harbour Providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout the experience Assisting with the setup and cleanup of equipment before and after tours Demonstrating proficiency in kayaking techniques and environmental knowledge Working independently and collaboratively within a small team environment Maintaining equipment and ensuring its proper functionality Upholding company policies and safety protocols at all times
