Finn Steiner is a senior guide educator and co-owner of SKILS, specializing in training the next generation of sea kayak guides. He is a Sea Kayak Guides Alliance of BC Class IV Endorsed Guide, Level 3 Examiner, Paddle Canada Level 3 Instructor & Level 1 Instructor Trainer. Finn’s work focuses on the often-overlooked human side of guiding: leadership, communication, and decision-making under pressure, alongside high-level technical skill development. He is available for instructor training, mentorship, and consulting within the guiding industry.
