This 5 day course offers Level 1 Guide Training which is the major component towards Guide Certification. Learning can begin online once registration and payment have been completed. Our new interactive Online Campus with videos and drone footage ensures that students have the classroom theory and vocabulary comprehension prior to arrival. Quiz and practice exams are accessible online. Learn at your own speed and then be able to concentrate your time and energy during the course to the practical on water sessions. We have been offering this course to up and coming kayak guides for 25 years.
*Students must obtain, on their own, a handheld Marine Radio License, CPR-C ticket and minimum 16 hour Standard First Aid certificate, prior to or after the course, in order to be awarded their Level 1 Certification by the SKGABC.

If students are not registered as a member, we are unable to have them take the final exam.
***Level 1 and AOG Courses may be available during alternate dates with a minimum of 6 persons.
