The SKGABC has evolved the On Going Training certification requirement. To provide opportunities for members from many areas of the country & diverse scheduling availability, we have created option for members to satisfy this policy in new ways.
The Sea Kayak Guides Alliance of BC (SKGABC) is disappointed to hear of the approval recommendation made by the National Energy Board Joint Review Panel regarding the Northern Gateway Pipeline.
The SKGABC has been an active participant in the Joint Review Panel process.
Sea kayakers often find themselves in remote, and infrequently visited areas. With the coming season, learn how to treat, and report Tsunami Debris, particularly items which may be hazerdous to health or the environment.
The Sea Kayak Guides Alliance of B.C. operates in the traditional territories of the Coast Salish, Kwakwaka'wakw, Nuu-chah-nulth, Oweekeno, Nuxalk, Heiltsuk, Haisla, Tsimshian, Haida, Nisga’a, and Tlingit First Nations.
